We do not make custom maps. There are so many neighborhoods and cities to get to – yours could be next! While we’re not taking commissions for new neighborhoods, you can certainly vote for your neighborhood using our voting form.

We carry mats and frames that fit our maps on our online shop. You can also bring your map to our retail shop for framing, which takes around five minutes and can be done while you wait. Terratorie maps are 13x19”, which is a standard framing size. A wide variety of frames of different colors and styles can be found by shopping online, or at craft stores like Michael’s. Our greeting cards are also easily framable to make a mini-print.

Unfortunately, no. Torie works to choose color palettes that represent each individual neighborhood, so each map is drawn with its own distinct set of colors.

We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail from our shop in Brookland, DC. We typically ship orders twice weekly, and most prints arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped with a tracking number for updates. Should you require your print to arrive earlier, please email us and let us know.
We regularly ship within the US, but can ship internationally (so you can spread that DC love to your friends worldwide!) Contact us for an international shipping quote.

Find a problem with your print? Decided you feel more attached to Logan Circle vs. Shaw (or vice versa)? Received more than one as a housewarming gift? Feel free to return it within 30 days of purchase, and we'll refund or exchange the print for you. Please send us an email to schedule a time to exchange the print.

Our storefront on the Brookland Arts Walk is open Saturdays from 10-4pm. We’re in Studio #24 on the corner of the pavilion at 716 Monroe St NE. The shop is right next to the entrance of the Brookland CUA metro (red line).

We keep the full collection of maps in stock at our storefront at all times, and you can also get maps framed at our location. Framing only takes around five minutes and can be easily done while you wait. If you’d like to shop for maps in person on days the store is closed, we recommend shopping with one of our amazing stockists. Each shop carries a different selection, but Steadfast Supply and Shop Made in DC carry the wide majority of our DC maps.
